In a move that would make any women’s heart melt (and make most guys green with envy), actor and budding media mogul Ashton Kutcher revealed to Ryan Seacrest that he bought the location of his first date with now wife Demi Moore and plans to build a house on it.

In a phone interview on Ryan’s radio show Friday, Ashton, 32, explained the context of his first date with Demi.

“We were keeping things secret at the time so we couldn’t really go out [to dinner],” explained Ashton, so instead they kept it low-profile and picked up some burgers from In-N-Out. 

“There was this piece of land in Los Angeles that I really really wanted and some guy owned it and he wouldn’t sell it,” said Ashton. ”I used to drive up there and just sit on this land and hang out and wish that someday I could buy it.”

Next, in what seems like a scene ripped from one of his romantic comedies, Ashton kept it simple and “took her up to this land and we just ate out In-N-Out burger.”

In time (and with enough money) Ashton convinced the land owner to sell him the sentimental property and now says, ”Eventually I’m going to build a house on it and then we’ll have our house on the location of our first date.” Fellas take notes! Nowthat’s a killer move.
