Jamie Oliver spreads some surprising news in his latest vlog: Soda’s and fruit juices have about the same amount of sugars. While he does acknowledge that there are health benefits in juices, he thinks that both fruit juices and sodas should be regarded as treats. Instead of having a soda with dinner, he suggests a jug of cool water with crushed fruit, citrus, or mint!
