Rich Cronin, the singer-songwriter who fronted 90s pop trio LFO, died Wednesday after battling leukemia. He was 35.

Cronin penned the group’s biggest hit, “Summer Girls,” which namechecked everything from Abercrombie & Fitch to Home Alone to Alex P. Keaton and spent six weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 Single Sales chart in 1999.
