Looks like the world wide web has decided on Dr Dre’s New single from his new album DETOX. The renown producers and song writer is going to roll with the song “Kush” even though he’s not particularly fond of the tune’s marijuana-themed content. Dr. Dre recently told radio host Big Boy that he was going to continue to promote the song even though it wasn’t the preferred move. Detox, an album 10 years in the making is aiming for a February 2011 release date. Dre said “I see the finish line right now,” he admitted. “I’m wrapping it up. I need about two or three more songs and then hopefully I’ll start the mixing process at the end of next month. And then from that point I’m about thirty-days out.”

On Dre’s “I Need a Doctor” single featuring Eminem, The second leak within the last couple days. Eminem drops the hype on his mentor saying his “perfectionist” reputation is leaving Dre stuck in a rut.
The two rap on the struggles and personal troubles that have gone on through the years, and speaking on his son’s death. Dre then rhymes about the pair’s history, from “Guilty Conscience” to his own indecision.

Supposedly the albums long term making was do to Dre not wanting to feel obligated to just throw another album out there, he wanted to sense that “feeling”. As of this last year he said that he just started getting that feeling, and that’s how he knows he’s ready.
