UPDATED: Christopher Nolan fans have quickly debunked this announcement citing the official looking press release was a fraud. The fans quickly analyzed the release and found that it was merely a reworked version of the January 19 press release confirming the casting of Anne Hathaway and Tom Hardy.
After months of speculation and rumors, the addition of two more villains to the new Batman film “The Dark Knight Rises” has finally been confirmed. Director Christopher Nolan brought aboard two more “Inception” stars to join fellow cast mate Tom Hardy (who will be playing Bane). The list will now comprise Talia al Ghul played by the lovely Marion Cotillard, and the Black Mask played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt. The three will be accompanying fellow villain Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle aka Catwoman, to create this ensemble cast headed by Christian Bale reports the Examiner.
“The Dark Knight Rises” is to be released nationwide July 20, 2012.
