James Durbin on Lady Gaga: “Get This Crazy Chick Off Me” [AUDIO]

Season 10 top four “American Idol” eliminee James Durbin phoned in to “On Air With Ryan Seacrest” Monday morning to chat last week’s elimination as well as what he thinks about Lady Gaga!

James admits on the night of ‘Idol’ elimination, “I knew something was up. I felt that strange disconnection with the kinetic energy…[I felt it] before we even went on air — I was just sitting backstage and I just felt it off people.”

The rocker’s last week on ‘Idol’ also served as Lady Gaga’s first week mentoring the then remaining four contestants, an experience which James recalls as, “she placed her fingertips on my waist and continued to try and gyrate me.” Furthering, “[I was thinking] ‘get this crazy chick off me!’”

Although eliminated, James remains positive, declaring “I am optimistic prime right now…this is going to be one crazy summer…magical nuts.”
