Another Jonas brother has flown the coop.

Following in the footsteps of his younger brother Nick, Joe Jonas has released his long-awaited debut solo single Friday to positive reviews. “See No More” was co-written by Chris Brown, who is no stranger to pumping out smash urban/pop singles and his influence can be heard on the upbeat track. The song was produced by Brian Kennedy, a name that has helmed projects with the likes of Rihanna, Ciara and Jennifer Hudson.

Joe spoke to Chicago radio DJs Julian and J about embarking on a solo career and hesitations about breaking away from the support of his brothers.

“It’s exciting,” said Joe, 21. “Having my brothers’ support in this whole project is the biggest thing for me and the fact that they’re loving the music and everything. Being onstage by myself… It will be different for sure. I know there’s going to be that little bit of jitters that I’ll have to get out of me that are just going to be there.”

The single is scheduled to hit iTunes on June 13, followed by the release of Joe’s full album on September 6. Listen to the radio premiere of the song below:
