After deliberating for more than 10 hours over two days, and after hearing 33 days of testimony from dozens of witnesses, a Florida jury reached a verdict Tuesday in the murder trial of Casey Anthony, who was accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Marie Anthony.

Anthony has been found not guilty of killing her daughter. She was also found not guilty of aggravated child abuse and aggravated manslaughter of a child. However, she was convicted on charges of misleading law enforcement.

Clutching the hand of her defense attorney Jose Baez, Casey began to sob as the verdict was read. The rest of her defense team stood beside her, also clutching hands.

Although, Casey avoided the death penalty, she faces a maximum of four years in prison – one for each of the four counts of providing false information to law enforcement. Casey Anthony will be sentenced Thursday at 9 a.m.

Casey could be essentially be released from jail as soon as Thursday, if she is given less than the maximum charge and credit for time served.
