This weekend when traffic is at a standstill, delivery people will be at the epicenter of “Carmageddon.” Freddy Sandoval, District Manager for a fast food delivery chain, called into On Air with Ryan Seacrest on Wednesday morning to discuss their delivery gameplan for the weekend.

“What we have done is made sure that we get ourselves ready by adding additional drivers. Our drivers have been doing this for a long time, so they know the shortcuts and where they are going to go.”

With the high volume and traffic challenges this weekend, Freddy tells us the they are anticipating a 45 minute delivery time-frame to get from point A to point B.

For those who are brave enough to venture out, they are preparing for in store customers as well, Freddy explains, “People are going to be out on the road and if they can’t take the freeway, they will be out on the streets, parking is going to be free. We are having the team members park out on the streets on the side.”
