Teen heart throb Justin Bieber rocked a racing suit on stage at the 2011 ESPYs last night in Los Angeles, complete with sponsor patches of his record label, perfume and home country of Canada. Bieber presented the Best Team award with Indy racing star Danica Patrick to the NBA Championship winning Dallas Mavericks.
