‘Hannah Montana’ Star Mitchel Musso Arrested For DUI
‘Hannah Montana‘ star, Mitchel Musso, has been arrested for drunk driving. The actor was driving in Burbank, CA when he got the DUI around 3:45AM on Sunday. And the worst part? He’s only 20 years old, a year under the legal drinking age.

Burbank Sargeant Sean Kelley says, “He drove through the intersection and failed to do what the officer instructed him to do. Sgt. Kelley also adds, “Musso’s blood-alcohol level was well over the legal limit of 0.08 and because of the actor’s age, any alcohol in his system would be considered illegal.”

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Musso posted $5,000 bail and was released. Thankfully, Musso was the only person in his black 2007 Mercedes at the time of his arrest.
