Watch Lady Gaga Do The Splits In New Clip from ‘Marry The Night’ [VIDEO]
Always the consummate professional, Lady Gaga has long admitted that the art of dance is one of the things she’s tasked herself with getting better at, and her progress shows in the latest sneak peek of her new “Marry The Night” video which she released on YouTube Friday.
“I really have spent a tremendous amount of time working on becoming a better dancer,” Gaga told Ryan back in February, after her performance at the Grammys. “If I want to someday be remembered as a great artist, I got to do what all the greats did, sing and dance live like they did.”
Lady Gaga Releases First 2 Minutes Of ‘Marry The Night’ [VIDEO]
Reminiscent of 80s dance flicks like “Fame” and “Flashdance,” the clip features Gaga, flanked by her all-star dance team, warming up in a small dance studio before flipping a switch and turning on the chorus’ high-energy choreo. It’s unclear if the choreography is designed by Gaga’s newly-named lead choreographer Richard Jackson, or her former creative director Laurieann Gibson in the wake of their split, but either way, the moves are amazing.
There’s no set word on when Gaga will release the full video for “Marry The Night,” but follow @OnAirWithRyan on Twitter to get the tweet first when it does drop!
