In these tough economic times, many people are struggling with their finances and jobs. During the holiday season, these hard times can make things even harder. That’s why KIIS Fm has started a KIISmas, which gives deserving people a chance for a better holiday season.

One very deserving Mother is struggling this year, and unable to pay her mortgage. But leave it to Ryan to play Santa and grant a very deserving family their KIISmas wish.

Macy Nunez, 29 sent the ‘On Air With Ryan Seacrest‘ team an email about her sister, Mayette, who is $2,000 behind on her mortgage. She wrote the following letter that reads:

I’m nominating my sister Mayette, her fiance Zach, and their three children, because they really NEED and DESERVE this help from ‘On Air with Ryan Seacrest’

My sister was one of those teachers who got laid off. It has been 2 years of being jobless. She has been going to interviews and has been looking for a job ever since she got laid off, but no luck. She gets called in to be a substitute teacher at least twice a month. But she only gets paid $100 per day. That’s not enough to pay the bills or feed the family.

To make it worse her EDD unemployment checks have stopped. Zach is currently getting paid under disability insurance. The money that they both get is barely enough for the mortgage. Any help would be amazing!

When Ryan tells Mayette she will be receiving $2,000 towards her mortgage, she and the ‘On Air’ team are in tears. And what’s even better? Mayette has a little bit of cash left over so she can buy her three kids Christmas presents she didn’t think she would be able to provide.
