Britney Spears and Shakira are allegedly preparing a duet, which will be produced by Black Eyed Peas member Will.I.Am.

Pharrell Williams is the creative genius behind the budding idea. “I have proposed to Jive Records (Britney’s label) to bring the studio to Shakira and Lady Gaga and I thought it was a fabulous idea. I want to make it happen,” he said.

Both artists have had successful collaborations, from Britney performing a duet with Madonna in “Me Against The Music,” to Shakira with Beyoncè in “Beautiful Liar.”

With a history of record-breaking hits, the song is bound to be an explosive club anthem. The song is scheduled to release this year.
