It’s been nearly four years since Madonna has released new music, but now the music icon is back in a big way, ramping up to world premiere her first new single “Give Me All Your Luvin’” with “On Air with Ryan Seacrest.”

The song, which she will perform in the Super Bowl Bridgestone Halftime Show this Sunday, features Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. and is the first offering from her upcoming 12th studio album M.D.N.A..

Ryan Seacrest will premiere the song at 6:00am PT on 102.7 KIIS-FM in tandem with Clear Channel stations across the country who will follow the premiere with a mega mix of songs from the album, both of which will play every hour all weekend leading up to the singer’s Super Bowl performance. Following the premiere, fans will be able to download the single and pre-order an 18-track deluxe edition of M.D.N.A. for $9.99 on iTunes.
