Christina opens up the tribute video with a few words about her idol. She says, “I can’t make it through without tearing up or crying…I honestly feel like I gave it my all, and I gave it my best in honor of Whitney. I really, really love her so much.”

The video features a slide show of pictures honoring Whitney’s most memorable moments throughout her career. Aside from making you tear up while looking at the pictures, Christina’s vocals are truly on point. She delivers a powerful cover of this extremely-hard-to-sing ballad.

It’s a different type of cover for her considering she wasn’t playing her signature piano, but that didn’t stop her many fans from tuning in and making it reach over 300,000 views in less than a week. Selena Gomez even tweeted about how much she loved Christina’s cover.
