Collective Cadenza Presents ‘The History of Whistling’ [VIDEO]

CDZA also known as Collective Cadenza is a band of talented individuals dedicated to revealing history through music. The group consists of Eric Rivera, Jane Lui, Evan Shinners, Jonathan Batiste and Andrew Sheron: all with a knack for music experiments.

Three members presented a YouTube (CollectiveCadenza) video containing the history of whistling from the 1900s ’til now. They reeled us in to their whistling game with their cellist, pianist and “vocalist.” Using techniques of video, music and audio CDZA was able to put together a collection of songs to match up to their whistling. A full list of the music included can be found below the video.
