White Cake
Red and Blue food coloring
Frosting:
16 oz cream cheese
10 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
4 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups powdered sugar, sifted

1 plain white cake (or any kind of cake you want to use)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups confectioner’s sugar
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon milk (or more, as necessary)
lollipop sticks or popscicle sticks
1 package of Wilton candy melts (any color/flavor you want)

1 8-ounce carton vanilla lowfat yogurt
1/4 teaspoon almond extract or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 of an 8-ounce container frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed
3 cups fresh raspberries and/or cut-up fresh strawberries
3 cups fresh blueberries

Sugar Cones
White chocolate chips
Red, White & Blue Sprinkles

Melt 12 ounces of white chocolate chips in a microwave according to the package directions.
One at a time, dip strawberries into the chocolate and then into blue sugar or edible glitter.
Set them to harden on waxed paper.
Makes 35 to 45 decorated berries.
