Everybody likes a good villain, or should we say bad villain. They’re the guys you love to hate. For most viewers, figuring out the motive of the bad guy in a film is like opening up a whole new way of looking at the world. Take these videos from GQ, for example. In a portfolio featuring Hollywood’s most popular on-screen villains, the magazine somehow turns ordinary household tasks into creepy (and we mean CREEPY) works of no-good.

Malcolm McDowell: Doing Dishes
McDowell’s portrayal of crazed sociopath Alex, in “A Clockwork Orange,” won him a Golden Globe nomination and a spot on the tip-top of almost every list of Hollywood villains. With a performance like that, it’s no wonder that he can make even a simple task like doing the dishes appear utterly maniacal.

Jack Gleeson: The Gardener
Admit it, you’ve questioned the intentions of the friendly neighborhood gardener at some point. A guy who uses a shovel and a pitchfork on a regular basis is no one you want to mess with. Gleeson’s portrayal of short-tempered sadist Joffrey Baratheon in “Game of Thrones,” is what earned him a spot on this list. Our word of advice? Don’t upset the gardener.

Benicio Del Toro: Chopping Onions
As the star villain in Oliver Stone’s upcoming thriller, “Savages,” (opening on July 6) Del Toro wields a knife similar to the one in the video below. Ok, ok, so the difference is actually between the knife below and a machete, but with the way he’s swinging that thing around, we’re pretty sure he could do the same amount of damage.
