Sporting a shiny gold chain and a light colored sweater, Justin Bieber‘s big brown eyes take over the latest issue of Billboard Magazine.

This marks the heartthrob’s third cover on the music magazine. According to Billboard.com it was the fans’ choice to  showcase the superstar on the recent issue, as they voted for the “Boyfriend” singer to grace the cover.

In recent Bieber news, Justin is in works for a movie gig with hunky star Mark Wahlberg, who is said to be helping edit the script. According to MTV.com the flick is inspired by Martin Scoresese‘s “The Color of Money,” but with a basketball twist. Bieber is looking at the role of a young aspiring basketball player who is mentored by Wahlberg. Justin told MTV recently that ”It’s really cool,” and he hopes it works out so he can get back to “hooping.”

“I got to get back in the gym. I haven’t played basketball in a while. I did a little charity basketball game at Shaq’s house for Pencils of Promise. We did a little charity basketball game, and I won,” Bieber said.

Bieber is set to release his third studio album, “Believe“,  on June 19^th and recently sold out his “Believe” tour in 60 minutes. “Everything I do I do to be the greatest,” is highlighted in red next to Justin, on the cover. He really is the greatest, and looks to just come naturally!
