Many celebrities such as Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield walked down the 66th Annual Tony Awards red carpet on Sunday held at the Beacon Theatre hosted in New York City.  Stone looked fabulous in a white halter-neck dress with a plunging neckline and sexy cut-outs at the sides designed by Narcisco Rodriguez.

There was some controversial outfits such as actress Amanda Seyfried, wearing a vintage inspired purple and gold Givenchy dress with a clashing orange belt and red clutch and lipstick. The purple slip with the gold embellished details went from the Fall 2012 runway to the red carpet and was less than impressive.

The ceremony opened with the starring cast from last year’s runaway Tony winner “‘The Book of Mormon”. Performances included the enchanting company of “Hairspray”, fantastic number with Ricky Martin and a true Broadway number with Matthew Broderick. Many big names attended this theatrical evening with third time host Neil Patrick Harris. Jessica Chastain, Sherly Crow and best dramatic actress winner Nina Arianda, strutted down the Red Carpet for the entertaining evening.

The Dublin-set musical “Once”, outshined the musical category, winning eight Tonys, including best musical. ‘Once’ was also a favorite with a leading eleven nominations.
