Friday morning, the singer was pulled over by California Highway Patrol on the U.S. 101 and given a citation for driving in a reckless manner, speeding over 80 mph, and weaving in and out of traffic. The accomplice was Bieber’s new silver bullet Fisker Karma, which was a $100,000 birthday gift from his manager according to the Los Angeles Times.
