The contestants were challenged on how fast they could type and the accuracy of what they spelled out with their fingers. 17-year-old reigning champion Austin Wierschke described the final round as more than intense. “I was like oh my gosh, this is a really impossible phrase,” Austin said. “I was trying to take my time on it… but I really wanted to win.”
