Taylor Swift is standing up to cancer in a big way with her new single dedicated to a very special boy.

At this year’s “Stand Up 2 Cancer” event, Taylor performed a new song titled “Ronan.” The single is in honor of a boy who died of cancer at the young age of just 4-years-old. Taylor was inspired to write the song after reading a blog from Rolan’s mother. She sings: “Come on baby with me / We’re gonna fly away from here / You were my best four years.”
