We think she may be referring to the famous fashion photographer Terry Richardson, who has been previously linked to Lady Gaga. In 2011 he released a book titled, “Lady Gaga X Terry Richardson.”  He published the photo below on his personal Tumblr earlier today with the caption “R.I.P. Annie Lomax, My Mom 1938-2012.”
