Kicking of the season 3 premiere, the ladies of “The Talk,” Sara Gilbert, Sheryl Underwood, Aisha Tyler, Sharon Osbourne, and Julie Chen stripped off all of their make-up! Baring it all, the co-hosts were weary at first to reveal their unpolished faces, yet they all eventually peeled off a spa mask to expose their bare skin.
