He’s an 83-year-old man from Southern California and he’s out to spread a new genre of music in which he calls “Cyber Rap.” On his Facebook page he describes himself as the world’s only “senior cyber rappin’ caucasion!”

Kwayzar, formally known as Stanley Hoffman, released a music video to his single, “I Can Still Do It,” and it’s pretty mature. In the hardcore hilarious video, he raps about not being deceived by his looks and lists off all of the healthy things he does, including yoga, pilates, and eating broccoli. Kwayzar says that he lathers his body in low fat yogurt and at 3:30 he says he eats tons of kale. So that’s the secret…
