It happened for one die-hard fan who called into “On Air With Ryan Seacrest” Friday to share her story. Jade from Mission Viejo, CA spent tons of money to experience the Biebs on tour. After buying tickets from a Craigslist user named Shane, Jade went to the show but found out the tickets were completely fake.

After hiring a private investigator, Jade and her three friends were able to find the man responsible for breaking their hearts. Once Ryan Seacrest heard the story, he had to help. After making a few calls, Ryan surprised Jade with two tickets to the sold out Jingle Ball featuring the Biebs.
