TMZ‘s Harvey Levin phoned in to  “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” to reveal new details on Justin Bieber.

After collapsing on stage during a London concert and being hospitalized as a precaution, the singer is reported to be following through with his London O2 arena concert later this evening.

Harvey also revealed: “This just happened but he went nuts on a photographer. He got into an SUV and there was a photographer who was being a jerk…and Justin jumped out of the car and went crazy. There’s video of it and it’s very graphic.” [Caution: Explicit language in video.]

Justin soon took to Twitter to discuss the matter himself, tweeting: “Ahhhhh! Rough morning. Trying to feel better for this show tonight but let the paps get the best of me…”
