The boy band released their debut album, Up All Night, in the United States in March, performed at the Olympics in August, and now they are set to perform for the first time at the “MTV Video Music Awards” in September. In honor of their virgin performance, the boys have filmed a MTV special called, “One Direction: My First Time.”

According to MTV, the special will air on Thursday, August 30^th at 11 p.m. and will be hosted by Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson. The special will follow the group as they prepare for the VMAs and they will also count down the most memorable performances of all time.

Also recently released is news from the Hollywood Reporter that One Direction’s second album will be out in November, and their new single, “Live While We’re Young” will be available for download on iTunes on October 1^st.

“I co-wrote it with one of my best friends. When I’m overseas I like to listen to the songs over there, not like my American stuff. It does have the whole Kat DeLuna sound, which is Latin infused with pop, but I wanted to bring in a little bit of the dub step that you guys will hear in the bridge that is like a new form of dub step, how they doing it in the U.K., and then influence it with a little bit of Brazilian-esque music.”

Farrah revealed to Ryan that she would re-locate to Los Angeles from Omaha, Nebraska for love. I will eventually.” Farrah has also been staying with John at his house while she’s been in Los Angeles.

The pair had their second date Tuesday night. “We went to a sushi spot in Chino Hills,” said John. “It was really good,” said Farrah. “Of course, it was delicious. Sophia had fun.” And on John’s family she added, “He has an awesome family. They’re super fun.”
